Delicious in a wide variety of sauces, tasty in salad dressings, and yumtastic in my barbecue sauce, roasted garlic is a cinch to make. Check out my recipe below.
Ingredients
1 head of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Pat of butter
Aluminum foil
Directions
Slice a piece off the top of the head of garlic to expose the garlic cloves. Place it on a square of aluminum foil. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Place a pat of butter on the top of the garlic.
Wrap it in the foil and bake in a 400 degree F oven for about 30 minutes.
Allow the garlic to cool in the foil until you can unwrap the foil.
Peel away the skin to extract the cloves of garlic.
